Supervises the receipt of defective units / subassemblies for return and coordinates return of defective units / subassemblies to customers as well as spare parts allocations and usage. Maintains repair material inventory.
Deal with office documentation work (legal, import/export)
General tasks:
Main contact for Asia/Pacific Repair customers according repair orders. Providing RMA´s to customers. Order entry and order control for all repair orders. Supervising the repair time (TAT) according contract. Coordinate shipments with BDT AT’s distribution/shipping department
Handles defective, discontinued, NCM or recalled goods, and destroys returned goods as appropriate with support of BDT AT’s SCM staff.
Receiving of defective HP units /subassemblies according to the special receiving requirements from HP.
Handling special cases of repair units, communicate with customer
Customs clearance for units, Materials, equipment.
Materials warehouse and inventory management
ISO documentation composing, management and control
Administration job of department
Communicating with the customers for special cases to fulfil customer’s satisfaction
Knowledge, Work Experience, Skills:
2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Familiar with MS Office.
Fluent in English (German welcome)
Mechanical background preferable
